The Alexandre Yersin Excellence Scholarship
Since 2000, the French Consulate has supported more than 120 students from Hong Kong and Macau to pursue a Master’s degree in France.
The Alexandre Yersin Excellence Scholarship goes hand in hand with promoting the excellence, diversity and quality of French higher education, and encouraging deeper cooperation between France and Hong Kong as well as France and Macao. Through the scholarship, we aspire to create remarkable leaders who strive for further developments and international understanding in their respective fields.
“French+Sciences” programs & scholarship
The Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macao and Campus France Hong Kong will provide 3 scholarships for the best selected students. This summer stay in France will enable you to acquire (or improve!) skills in French and discover France and its culture while learning more about new technologies by combining French language courses with field visits of both companies and research organizations, conferences and exchanges with world-renowned scientists.
Summer French Language Scholarship in France
The Summer French Language Scholarships are given out each year jointly by the The Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau and the Légion d’Honneur Club - Hong Kong Chapter. Applications are open between March and May each year. The objective of the scholarship is to encourage students studying French at higher educational institutes in Hong Kong and Macau to directly immerse themselves in French language and culture.
The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program
Developed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship Program provides annual training for future foreign decision-makers in the public and private sectors in degree programs at the Master's and Doctoral levels. Applications are submitted exclusively by French higher education institutions.
