Call for Applications: Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) for Young Researchers on “One Health”

Launched on 2nd June 2017 by the French President, the Make Our Planet Great Again initiative is aiming at attracting foreign researchers specialized in environment and climate issues to pursue their research project in France. Stemming from the success of past editions in 2018, 2019 and 2020, this new call for application enhances the importance of this scholarship for French scientific action and visibility on the international scene regarding global ecological challenges.

What is it? The Visiting Fellowship Program For Young Researchers targets post-doctoral researchers who wants to stay in France for 12 months to pursue their research project on a topic related to the “One Health” approach.
Who can apply?
• Candidates must possess a doctoral degree for less than five years.
• Candidates must not have resided in France after 1st September 2020.
• All nationalities are eligible except the French one.
As far as this call for application is concerned, 40 scholarships will be granted worldwide.
When to apply?
• Call for application deadline: 10th May 2021
• Starting date of the research stay in France: January 2022
