Study in France 2025: Building Bridges between Institutions and Students

Hong Kong, November 2025 — The Study in France 2025 initiative successfully brought together universities, schools, and students through two dynamic events that further strengthened Franco–Hong Kong academic ties.

A delegation of 20 French higher education institutions gathered in Hong Kong on 24 November 2025 to participate in activities organised by the Campus France Hong Kong and Macau Office.

The Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau opened the day with an overview of the higher education landscapes in France, Hong Kong, and Macau. Delegates from French institutions and local universities were introduced to current trends and future perspectives for academic cooperation between the two regions.

An exclusive breakfast meeting followed, during which French and Hong Kong institutional partners expressed strong enthusiasm for deepening collaboration. French institutions showcased the breadth of their academic offerings, ranging from world‑class engineering and business schools to prestigious humanities and arts programs.

Study in France @ French International School of Hong Kong

In the afternoon, attention shifted to the Study in France Fair, organised in partnership with the French International School of Hong Kong (Blue Pool Road Campus).

• Booths hosted by French universities and consular representatives offered guidance on admissions, scholarships, and student life in France.
• The fair highlighted the unique advantages of studying in France, including accessible tuition fees, rich cultural experiences, and opportunities within Europe’s extensive academic networks.

The lively atmosphere reflected the growing interest among Hong Kong students in pursuing studies abroad, with France standing out as a destination that blends academic excellence with cultural discovery.
